Returns Policy

At VMN, we are dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality products and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds, adhering to Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

  • Change of mind returns may not be approved; any approved returns are purely at our discression.
  • Should we approve a return of a purchase due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
  • All return shipping costs and liabilities are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees charged on dispatched orders.
  • All custom orders or orders including specially-procured items are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation or change of mind.
  • Returns may be accepted provided the item arrives to us in new, undamaged, original condition and all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns if they do not meet these conditions.
  • Refunds or account credits will only be offered once the prodict has been returned and inspected to ensure it complies with the above conditions.

To requesta return, please contact our customer service team at sales@vmn.com.au with your order details, name, and reason for return.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defective Products

  • In the event of receiving a faulty or defective product, promptly notify our customer service team within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Proof of purchase will be required, along with any necessary photos or videos to assess the issue and support the claims.
  • Refunds, repairs or replacements will be provided at our discression in accordance with ACL regulations.

Consumer Guarantees

Our policy complements your rights under the ACL, which include guarantees of our products being an acceptable quality, fit for purpose and being as described.
